This Drayton Manor thrill ride was once voted the "Best Stand Up Roller Coaster in the World"! The only stand-up coaster in the UK, Shockwave is being transformed into a seated looping coaster for the 2024 season. New trains will make this roller coaster more accessible by reducing the height requirement to only 1.2 meters (48"). The layout, however, remains the same with four-inverting elements after a 120-foot first drop.
