Screaming Mummy Facts & History

1976 – Opened at Adventureland (Altoona, Iowa) as the Super Screamer.

2000 – Sold and relocated to Pharaoh's Lost Kingdom and renamed.

September 2006 – Screaming Mummy closed after Pharaoh's closed their Midway Ride park.

2006-2014 – In storage

2014 – Relocated to Miracle Strip Pier Park (Panama City Beach, FL) and renamed RipTide Coaster

Train has two cars with one row each, seating two inline per row.
