Hong Kong Disneyland's RC Racer is the second of three identical roller coasters installed at Disney Theme Parks worldwide. Disney's Imagineering worked with Intamin to customize this "Surfrider" launched, shuttle coaster with a theme based on the Disney-Pixar franchise Toy Story.
This launched shuttle coaster has a track layout that resembles a giant half-pipe. A single 20-passenger car starts at the bottom of the 'U' and is launched forwards and backward, higher and higher until nearly reaching the ends of the vertical spires. RC Racer is one of several attractions in the park's Toy Story Land.
