The latest attraction from Lagoon's in-house creative and engineering team with the assistance of ART Engineering for the roller coaster components and Triotech for the dark ride scenes. Built in and on a mountain show building, Primordial is a combination roller coaster and dark ride that takes you back to the Dark Ages. Riders are provided 3D glasses and given an interactive blaster, before being sent back in time to rescue either an owl or dragon that's imprisoned in the fortress. The roller coaster cars feature on-board audio and spin in a controlled manner. The dark ride scenes feature content projected on screens as the cars navigate the track at a controlled pace. What makes this roller coaster different and also complex is that Primordial offers different endings. The alternate paths and story twists will keep you guessing. There are no inversions, but several unexpected surprises in the alternate endings are what you have to look forward to.
