Six Flags Fiesta Texas' launched catapult coaster looks like its model name a "spaghetti bowl" of twisted steel track. Instead of a lift hill, Poltergeist uses high-tech linear induction motors to launch its six car trains to 60 miles-per-hour in under 3.5 seconds. Riders then speed their way through 2,705-feet of twisted steel track, including four inversions like the opening cobra roll. It should also be noted that Poltergeist's two trains have been retrofitted with ratcheting lap bar restraints that replacing the original and much hated over-the-shoulder restraints.
