Featuring cowboys and Indians, Wild West World is the first major theme park in Kansas and the world's only one sporting an all-Western theme. Wild West World is 40-acres of family fun with 25 family rides each with its own western theme, including two roller coasters, a log flume and giant wheel. The park is divided into three sections - the southwest, Native American heritage, and Kansas cowboys. Wild West World also offers live entertainment, games of skill, shooting gallery, crafts, gift shops, restaurants and a variety of food stands.
Wild West World operates from May to September. The theme park is located four miles north of Wichita on I-135 at 77th Street Exit (Exit 16).
