This amusement park permanently shut down after the 2018 season. Southern Adventures was a family-orientated water and amusement park offering year-round entertainment for the entire family. Attractions included two, 18-hole miniature golf courses, go-karts, carnival rides, batting cages, bumper cars and rock climbing. Adventure Island Water Park had four flume slides and children's slides that operated seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
