This John Miller classic is a truly unique roller coaster. Kennywood's Racer is the only "Mobius" or single continuous track racing coaster in the United States and one of only three left in the world. When you board the train you'll depart the station from one side, but return on the opposite side, because of a reverse curve in the layout.
One of the popular traditions, if you're lucky to be seated on the side with the train racing beside you, is to hold out your arm to get a high five from one or more of the riders in the opposing train. The interaction is fun and unique.
Racer is also noteworthy because its iconic station has been designated a National Historic Landmark.
