The wood structure from the former Roar wooden coaster has been re-purposed to create The Joker, a thrilling new roller coaster at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. This state-of-the-art hybrid coaster marries the wood structure with all-new state-of-the-art Iron Horse Track® steel track for a unique roller coaster experience. The second DC-themed attraction at the park, The Joker's villainous personality is found in this roller coaster's chaotic twists and turns, including the first ever step-up under flip and a breaking wave turn, the only one of its kind on the West Coast. In total there are three inverting elements on this 100-foot tall, 3,200-foot long steel coaster.
