This was America's first Jet Star roller coaster. It was purchased in 1970 as a brand-new roller coaster for Casino Pier, where it thrilled riders for 30 years until it closed in 2000. An attempt to sell the Jet Star failed due to the condition of the coaster, which would've been too expensive to refurbish. Instead, the cars were sold and the rest of the roller coaster was scrapped.
