Kings Dominion shuttered Hurler after the 2015 season, but the coaster remained standing until 2017. This classic wooden coaster featured a triple out and back layout, with 83-foot lift hill, seven-story descent, and a series of hills and exciting banked turns. Hurler's wood structure will be reused to create an all-new hybrid-steel coaster called Twisted Timbers, opening in 2018.
