This was one of two interlocking Arrow shuttle loop coasters built in 1978 at Six Flags Great Adventure. In 1993 it was relocated to Frontier City where it has operated every since. Diamondback is a shuttle coaster, so riders get to experience the same section of track with one vertical loop going both forwards and backwards.

Inversion: 56-foot Vertical Loop

1993 – Relocated from Six Flags Great Adventure and renamed Diamondback.

1978 – Lightnin' Loops opens at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Train has six cars with two rows each, seating two abreast per row.

Height requirement: Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
