This Giant Inverted Boomerang shuttle coaster at Silverwood has two 196-foot tall vertical lifts at the ends of 1,204 feet of steel track with three inverting elements. Aftershock begins with a backward ascent up the 19-story lift. As the train reaches the peak it drops forward, straight down to reach a top speed of 65 miles per hour. The track continues through the station and into a cobra roll double inversion, followed by a vertical loop before ascending the lift at the opposite end. The ride then repeats itself, but this time with the train traveling backward.
