What's New
This year Hersheypark opens Fahrenheit a brand-new $12 million roller coaster with the deepest drop in the United States. In 2007, the park debuted The Boardwalk at Hersheypark, a new themed area inside the park that offers a variety of water play experiences in one contained 8.5-acre area.
Park History
Opened in 1907, Hersheypark celebrated its Centennial in 2007. Started by Milton S. Hershey, the theme park originally a picnic and pleasure grounds for his employees. In 1971 the facility became a one-price admission theme park that is today among the most respected in the amusement industry.
