This family amusement park in New Orleans' City Park features a renovated 1906 antique carousel, one of only a hundred left in the country and the last one in Louisiana. The hand carved carousel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Carousel Gardens other rides include a Ferris wheel, bumper cars, antique cars, tilt-a-whirl, miniature train and a roller coaster. Carousel Gardens amusement park is open seasonally.
