Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park is a real, live working Hollywood studio and theme park. This 135-acre park is one of four theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
Debuting in 1989, the theme of Disney's Hollywood Studios park is based on a real working Hollywood film and television studio. Many of the stories for the park's rides and attractions are based on well-known television shows and movies.
Attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios include thrilling rides like Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith. There is also a variety of live entertainment like the Lights, Motors, Action Extreme Stunt Show, Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, and live shows such as Playhouse Disney, Beauty and the Beast and the Voyage of the Little Mermaid.
Disney's Hollywood Studios also offers attractions like the Great Movie Ride and a tram tour of the Studio Backlot including Catastrophe canyon. Other attractions include Star Tours, Muppet Vision 3-D and the popular nighttime spectacular - Fantasmic.
