Glen, NH — Story Land family theme park announced they are preparing to unleash a dinosaur that is going to roar in spring of 2014. Roar-O-Saurus, as the park has dubbed it, will be family sized wooden coaster that will run at a frenetic pace through twists and turns over its 379-meters (1,242 feet) of wood track. The new roller coaster will stand 12-meters (38.5 foot) tall and deliver 12 unique airtime moments, as well as fly through a curving tunnel.
Story Land has hired The Gravity Group based in Cincinnati, Ohio to design and build Roar-O-Saurus. The roller coaster will operate with a state-of-the-art Timberline train sporting a dinosaur theme.
Story Land just finished celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2013 and the upcoming 2014 season promises to be even better with this significant addition to the park's existing collection of rides.
