Arnolds Park Campaign Recieves $500,000 Gift

Arnolds Park, IA -- Arnolds Park board members reported Wednesday that they received a $500,000 gift that will go to the "Sustain the Park" campaign to pay down the amusement park's debt. The contribution was reported to have come from the Messengers of the Healing Winds Foundation.

The board also reported that for a second year the amusement park operated with a positive cash flow, but through this campaign they are trying to pay down the park's debt. The gift to be received in a lump sum will decrease what started as a little over $2 million of debt to about $520,000.
