Okay, this is my first trip report so I'm going to make it short and sweet. Arrived at 6:15 - headed to the Beast (had some break action)but still was good as always, then my roommate wanted to do DZ (my first time) and I must admit standing in line I got a little nervous, (about a 10 min wait) but once at the top (great view of SOB)I couldn't wait to drop - what a great rush. Then headed over to F/O (longest wait of the night - 20 mins)my roommates first time and he was walking funny when we got off the ride. Next I wanted to check out SOB upclose; so while my friends were riding Top Gun, I just looked on in amazement. I was able to meet C. Nungester and Rob (thanks for talking with me and explaining a few things to me (ps: it's okay to be an Indians fan). After that we decided to head back to the Beast. The second time was much better than the first, got off and rode about four more times. As we were leaving the park (10:00pm) I heard this incredible roar so I started sprinting over to SOB and sure enough it was Sonny. It was dark and we couldn't see the train, but we heard the breaks and then the whole park became quiet except for the cheering from the Top Gun area (I'm betting money it was chuck and rob). So we stood there for about 10 more minutes and heard it again (I can't explain the roar - especially at night) we tried to get over to the Top Gun exit so we could have a better view but the security guard stopped us. I can't believe how fast it moves up the lift hill and the sound change (after releasing from the chain) was awesome. Since we couldn't see the train we had to rely on sound and what a sweet sound it was.

Good things come to those who wait.
