Is the Excalibur returning to SFAW?!!

I went to Six-Flags Astroworld for the first time since the Excalibur mine train was taken out/replaced by an measly suspended-looping coaster. Don't get me wrong that Serial Thriller isn't that bad, in fact it's very good; but the Excalibur is my sentimental favorite. For SFAW to lose its original roller coaster to just a standard SLC takes a lot of the fun out riding the ST.

Anyway, I was told by an SFAW employee that there's really no destination for the Excalibur to go and there's no point to demolish such a great family ride, and everyone wants it back that the ride could be back BY POPULAR DEMAND.

OH GOD, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!!

What color was the Excalibur? There is a rumor that the track has been sent to Frontier City in Oklahoma City. There is some pale red/pink track on the storage area there (I've seen it), which is rumored to be Excalibur. There is also a rumor that the ride was roughly disassembled, and the damage this caused may prevent it from being reassembled. Of course, I think it is more likely the ride just won't fit in Frontier City, if there are plans to install it. I got some of these rumors from http://www.screamscape.com
