Ok, since the track on the loop is wood, I assume it will require the same type of maintenance as the normal track...i.e. hammering in loose nails during the walkthrough inspection each day. How exactly are they planning on keeping the wood in the loop in top form? Oh...fantastic pic.

They'll probably use a lift, sometimes called a cherrypicker, like they use to replace streetlights etc. It's a basket on a telescoping arm mounted on a truck. There will probably be a clear path on both sides of the loop to allow the truck to pull up right next to the structure there.
