Let me consult the Magic 8-Ball.
Result: Ask Again Later. :)
Kids are huddled on the beach in a mist...
Oh mighty magic 8 ball...we beseech thy wisdom for the pronostication of the grand opening ritual that will welcome the birth of the Almighty Cedar Point's newest creation...shall we perchance to experience Gatekeeper on the twelfth day of the fifth month of the year 2013 AD, the 64th Katun of the Mayan?

I consulted again. I never saw this answer appear before: "You bald fool! Don't you know what tomorrow is? The only Gatekeeper you should be worrying about is St. Peter! Now get back to work and earn your last day's pay!"
Sorry, Pat-O.

Well, it is a B&M. Sounds like you could go to Vegas on that bet.

With the construction update I last saw, it most likely will. They are getting it done fast. I can't wait!!, 2013 is going to be my very first time to CP ever!!!!

My Guess would be Yes, B&M has a big history of being done on time and fully tested. As with all new rides, There may be bugs, But Id say yes, Id also say to avoid four hour waits, You'd want to buy the fast pass although I'm truelove against such things. :)
I can't even think of a B&M that was announced "coming in Spring!" Usually they are announced for a specific date, and normally that is for a park's season opening day.
And they make the date.

I had the chance to talk with a few park maintenance people this summer who happened to have some shiny new B&M coasters to play with. They all were very happy and they all considered them the best rides out there. Easy to build. Easy to fix and maintain.
In the case of Dollywood, B&M even arranged for the maintenance management to go out to France for a week. Why? So they could learn from the people who built their two Wild Eagle trains how to take care of them and how to do winter maintenance. Plus, they got to do the full inspection of their trains and they knew that when they would arrive at the park, they'd be perfect and ready to go.
I also know that most of their coasters software systems are monitored upgradable almost instantaneously via internet.
I personally think that they won't make a late sale and want certain key things done as early as possible. In KI's case, they poured the footers for the lift PRE SEASON the year before the ride opened. It took someone pointing out the flower pots on top of the footers to get me to notice :)
