In Need Help with Steelworx!!!

Hey guys and gals. I have been trying to download JCats steelworx for some tome now but it never works. Every time i click unzip it says error unable to access ......... Could somone tell me whats going on?

You could try deleting the file and re-downloading from Jcat's site?
