rollercoaster tycoon 2 and vista

ve been playing rollercoaster tycoon on my laptop and want to play on the desctop that runs vista. I cannot get the run to work
i double click and it thinks a second then stops befor it starts to load. I cannot get to auto run nor can I get to run with the run programs. Any suggestions would be great. It is hard to play on a laptop.
