Lack of Opinion RCT3

I was wondering what happened to the opinion panel in RCT1 and 2 where you could see at once what everyone in your park was thinking to get an overview of problems, does this feature exist in RCT3?

Yes it does.Just go to the managment button,guests,then thoghts.You can also click on an individual to "read their minds"
