Susannah York RIP

This little piece of the net is fast becoming an obituary corner.

Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing!

However..

Sadly, the wonderful Susannah York has died. She starred in many films including Superman and a couple of the sequels.

She also starred in They Shoot Horsed Don't They? (Classic film)

She was the blue-eyed English rose with the china-white skin and cupid lips who epitomised the sensuality of the swinging Sixties. Sexy and demure by turn, Susannah York, who died yesterday from cancer at 72, held a generation of male admirers in her thrall.
