Yeah, it's quiet. But we've had some fun over here..especially on the puzzle and wordplay front! Got any ideas for some games, Gary?..it IS Gary, right?

Always nice to have another forty-something in the 'hood. But d.n.s.u. (can YOU figure out what his initials stand for? I did before he told us!) is right. Hop over to the main board and introduce yourself there. Or read for a while, then make your grand entrance in response to a post. Either way, welcome, Ann. Where ya from?
Mike
Hi Mike..Yep it's Gary!!..Well it was the last time I checked! :-)
..Reminds me of a classic Marx Bros gag..
"Where have I seen your face before?
"Same place you see it now." :-)
Anyways..How's about this?....Are you familiar with this type of puzzle Mike et al?
7 D in a W = 7 Days in a Week
52 W in a Y = 52 Weeks in a Year
Now Try These: What do the letters stand for? :-)
1 W on a U
3 S to H
4 S in a Y
7 B for 7 B
18 H on a G C
52 C in a P excluding the J
88 P K
1000 W that a P is W
Cheers

Here's a few you...some very American, but you'll manage:
57 H V
9 I in a B G
200 D for P G in M
26 L of the A
4 H of the A
2 T to P..obscure song reference alert!
I used to have thes printed..many years ago, before computers took over. Still do somewhere, I'm sure.
Cheers to you, too, Gary!

You mean like:
310= H of M F
0= F F on D K
Mike
> 3 Steps to Heaven I don't recognize that reference.
An Eddie Cochran song..
...I'm working on the URC ones.. :-)
Gary
310= H of M F
310 feet: the height of Millennium Force
0= F F on D K
Hmmm...Dragon Khan???.....free fall????...Hey, if my last ride on DK was anything to go by it would be:
No freekin' fun on Dragon Khan....I felt sick afterwards :-)

Wow..someone else who's heard of Eddie Cochran! That's awesome. I just didn't recognize the song title, even though I have his Greatest Hits on a vinyl LP. C'mon Everybody, Twenty Flight Rock, Summertime Blues...the man was unappreciated in Rock and Roll history, and died too young...as you probably know, in same car crash that injured Gene Vincent and put the brakes on HIS career.
You were on the right track on the last puzzle. I was thinking
0= Fun Factor on Dark Knight.
