Seriously, Mike..I'm familiar with Haight-Ashbury, Summer Of Love, Airplane, Dead, Flower Power, etc...but I confess to not knowing the significance of that address. I'll probably kick myself when and if you enlighten me, though...

710 Ashbury is where the Dead lived. No pun intended.
They all probably lived separately by 1970, as fame and fortune came their way.
