Hmm, well I personally prefer MegaFobia to Zeus but both are great rides.
Nemesis is the best inverter (still the only B&M until the Italian ride is built). Not yet ridden Dragon Khan but I've done Kumba which is my favourite looper, so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. However, don't forget Olympia Looping, which is a fantastic ride. Space Mountain is also really cool, and has some of the best themeing, not to mention a great launch.
As for non-loopers, we're a bit short of good ones. Big Thunder Mountain is excellent, but I've heard Colorado Adventure is better.
The Big One certainly has the best first drop of any hyper I've done but the rest of the ride is pretty pedestrian.

I've forgotten a great (the greatest?) non-looper in europe: lisebergbanan in liseberg/sweden built by anton schwartzkopf, zierer and bhs.
