Yes due to the parks being quiet and no as the parks close at the end of october.

Blackpool's really crowded, thanks to the Illuminations. Good weather last weekend, though.

I do actually. If you can put up with the weather there's no better time to go. I certainly never go anywhere between June and August. Paying 20 quid to stand in queues all day isn't my idea of fun.

There's always the risk of getting pneumonia after the water rides to weigh up though. ;)
