The lead "singer" of the Pussycat Dolls, Nicole Scherzinger, is claiming she's under consideration to play Christine when the musical opens in London. According to today's NY Post, she's wrong.

She's very wrong... the role was cast months ago. It went to Sierra Bogess who was recently seen as "Ariel" in the Broadway version or Disney's "The Little Mermaid."

Sierra will transfer to the US when the show hits the states in November 2010.

Not to mention, the role of Christine doesn't require pole dancing, lipsynching or the wearing of underwear as outerwear. A pussycat doll doesn't seem to be a wise choice.
