In June 2006, Six Flags announced the sale of Wyandot Lake to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium for $2 million. The sale closed at the end of October and the park was closed for the 2007 season.
Wyandot Lake is located just outside Columbus, Ohio. Pay one price for admission to both the amusement park and water park with 45 exciting attractions for the entire family. Sea Dragon, a classic wooden coaster built in 1956 offers thrills in the amusement park while a one-million gallon wave pool in the water park keeps guests cool on hot summer days.
