Formerly named Paramount's Kings Dominion, for the 2007 season the park has dropped Paramount from its name.
Kings Dominion is a 400-acre theme park featuring the largest roller coaster collection on the east coast, including the world's fastest suspended roller coaster and the world's first air-launched coaster. The park hosts more than two million guests annually. Kings Dominions is located 20 miles north of Richmond, Va. and 75 miles south of Washington, D.C. on Interstate 95 at exit 98.
Kings Dominion theme park is owned and operated by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.
