Texas Giant has consistently ranked in polls as one of the top wooden coasters in the world. Following the idea that everyting is bigger in Texas this coaster is no exception. The lift hill extends for what seems like forever as the train rises up fourteen stories. Texas Giant's 137-foot drop catapults the train to a speed of 62 mph as it enters a high steeply banked turn that leads to more fun. The second half of the coaster is built almost entirely within the wooden structure adding to the thrills.
