 Space Mountain
Space Mountain closed on April 9, 2003 to begin a two-year refurbishment of the attraction. In July 2005, a brand-new Space Mountain with upgraded special effects will return in time for Disneyland's 50th anniversary. Fortunately, for fans of Space Mountain the new one will retain its original track layout.
