More Information About Looping Star
America's largest portable amusement ride.1985 - Built and traveled with Amusements of America prior to being sold to Beech Bend. 2001 - Relocated to Beech Bend. Fall 2005 - Dismantled to make room for the park's new wooden roller coaster. The coaster's two original trains were retired. 2006 - Looping Star has been moved and rebuilt. A new high-tech train was purchased that will reduce the height requirement for the ride to 48 inches.
