Six Flags Magic Mountain

This "Space Diver" roller coaster is one-of-a-kind and advertised as the world's only hairpin drop roller coaster. Flashback's stacked design features six steeply banked vertical 180-degree dives which are entered from the top. This innovative design produces a powerful freefall experience as trains plunge through the turn. Fast steel switchbacks connect the turns just before the trains lunge into a gravity-defying 540-degree upward spiral. To increase the diving sensation the coaster uses trains with four abreast seating expanding the width of the train.
