One of two roller coasters designed by The Coaster Works in 2000. The Dania Beach Hurricane has a dogleg "double out and back" layout. The wood track spans 3,200 feet, rises up a 10-story lift and the Hurricane begins with a 95-foot first drop. Two five car trains from the Philadelphia Toboggan Company travel the circuit in just under two minutes while reaching speeds of up to 60 mph.
