This first-of-its-kind roller coaster is designed to resemble a hang glider. Passengers are seated four abreast in individual cars suspended from an overhead track. An "elevator" style lift, lifts the cars up 180 feet before sending them off on the 2,369 foot long course. There are no inversions on the Vertigo roller coaster and the top speed is a gentle 37 mph.
