T2 will not reopen when Kentucky Kingdom reopens for the 2014 season. The park has yet to announce what the future of this ride will be.
T2 Terror To The Second Power was the first Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster to open in North America. This suspended coaster has seven-car trains that hang from an overhead steel track. Riders ascend a lift to a height of 102 feet to being an thrilling ride through five upside down inversions.
Unfortunately, T2 has never had a reputation for delivering a smooth, comfortable ride. Instead, it coined the phrase "hang and bang" because frequently riders were beaten up by the roller coasters' over-the-shoulder restraints.
|Drop: 86 feet||Height: 102 feet|
|Inversions: 5||Length: 2,172 feet|
|Trains: 3 - 14 passenger||Ride Time: 1 minute, 36 seconds|

T2 is designed for two-train operation. The third train was originally parked on a storage track, but has since been moved to storage.
