Due to punitive height restrictions on the SeaWorld San Diego park coaster designers had to get creative with the layout. Instead of a lift hill, this roller coaster uses high-tech, linear synchronous motors to launch the trains in motion. And most of track is kept relatively low to the ground, but don't worry, Manta is still super fun!
