The MGM Grand Adventures theme park closed to the public on September 4, 2000 after eight years of operation. The park was used exclusively for private events and corporate training programs for a couple of years after closing, before it was redeveloped. Presently, three high-rise condominium towers and an expanded pool reside where the theme park once operated.
