Lagoon located near Salt Lake City is Utah's largest amusement park with 45 rides, including eight roller coasters, plus a six-acre waterpark called Lagoon-A-Beach. The park is divided into five named areas– The Midway, Pioneer Village, Lagoon-A-Beach, Kiddieland and the X-Venture Zone. Attractions at Lagoon include the 7th oldest operating roller coaster in the world, a high-tech all-thrills launched coaster called Wicked a 1893 Herschell-Spillman carousel and Sky Ride that runs over the park's Midway. The included waterpark, Lagoon-A-Beach, has ten waterslides, a lazy river and two activity pools.
