Idlewild & Soak Zone

Founded in 1878 as a simple picnic ground along the Ligonier Valley Rail Road, Idlewild & SoakZone is the oldest amusement park in Pennsylvania, third-oldest in the United States and has been rated the second best kid's park in the world by Amusement Today magazine for several years. Idewild features seven fun theme areas such as the SoakZone Waterpark, Story Book Forest, Olde Idlewild and Hootin' Holler that in total offer 40 rides, including two roller coasters and sixteen water rides.
