Editor's note: It was announced after the close of the 2011 season that Alabama Adventure would remain shut for the foreseeable future. However, the adjacent water park remains open under a new name Splash Adventure.
Alabama Adventure (formerly Visionland Amusement Park) is both a theme park and water park, each requiring a separate admission. The theme park offers more than 25 rides, including Rampage, the tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster in Alabama. Splash Beach Water Park is 7-acres of wet fun, featuring tube slides, body slides, a lazy river and wave pool.
