Hades is Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park's record breaking wooden roller coaster and the first one designed and built by the The Gravity Group. Hades is 136-feet tall and features a 140-foot drop at a record breaking 65-degree angle. The total elevation difference during the entire course of the ride is 160 feet. In addition this wooden coaster has two underground tunnels, one of which is the world's longest tunnel on a roller coaster. And Hades also has an extreme 90-degree banked turn while underground, in complete darkness, another first for a wooden coaster.
In 2013 The Gravity Group returned to reconfigure a section of Hades' track that resided in a parking lot. To up the thrills, a "Corkscrew" inversion and a 110-degree overbanked turn was added.
