The Comet is a classic wooden roller coaster that was preserved after standing, but not operating at Crystal Beach Park in Ontario for five years. Fortunately, this 1947 woodie from Herb Schmeck was saved and re-erected at The Great Escape Fun Park in New York where it continues to operate today.
